  • Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayMongo, GCash, etc.)—we do not store your payment information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once orders are handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages beyond our control.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS when available.

4.  Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel good about your skincare. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible products.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Sale items, bundles, and free gifts are non-refundable.
  • If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–15 business days upon approval.
